34.- Church of Santa María in Arbazal
This church was built on the site of a Pre-Romanesque temple dedicated to Saint Zadornín (a building anointed in 968) which currently preserves a small construction which has a rectangular ground plan. a wooden roof and a squared front with a barrel vault. It is devoted to the sacristy. The current church. in Baroque style. dates from the 17th century. It has a rectangular ground plan and a single nave with a flat roof and a squared front with a ribbed vault. The main façade has an access doorway which is structured as a semi-circular arch formed by four keystones that are supported by an undecorated impost. A large portico. supported by stone columns which stand on a stone wall. surrounds two sides of the building.
